The Property address is 2/21 Brookland Street, Beckenham, WA, 6107 (property current photos attached).
The agreed price of property is $1,100,000 + GST, so total price will be $1,210,000 (One Million and Two Hundred Ten Thousand Australian Dollars). The Property needs essential renovations, code compliance and approvals before occupancy, plus stamp duty and transfer fees, including all these the cost will be around $1.3 to $1.4Million.
We have 3 months (90 days) time to organize the finances, 5th May 2023 is the deadline for finance arrangements.
Our centre Project account balance is $435,000 as of today. Our target is to get minimum 50% deposit (i.e. $700K) and to get as minimum loan from banks as is required due to very high interest rates.
